The menu that we propose is a balanced blend of simple and genuine flavors, easy to identify, prepared with passion and commitment by our Chef Hedi Aroua every day. You'll find typical Sicilian appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts, prepared with locally produced raw materials, purchased frequently to ensure maximum freshness. To flavor foods we like to use herbs such as basil, sage, rosemary, parsley, mint and the laurel, fresh in season and dried in winter, minimizing the use of salt that alters the genuine flavors of the ingredients and always extra virgin olive oil at 0 km. We are conscious vegetarian, you will find the symbols to highlight the dishes on the menu, and to those who suffer from celiac disease or other intolerances, for which we can do the dishes specially. In addition to the menu of the day ask us proposals designed by the Chef according to the raw materials found in the morning.
